How We Tested R-Studio for RAID Recovery

We used a Windows 11 workstation with 32 GB of RAM, a 1 TB NVMe system drive, plus four 500 GB SATA SSDs. Tests covered a deleted NTFS volume, a quick-formatted exFAT SD card, plus a four-member RAID 5 with one missing disk. Each scenario used cloned images so every program received the same starting data.

Avoid do-it-yourself reconstruction if any member clicks, repeatedly disconnects, reports rapidly growing bad sectors, or fails to appear at its correct capacity. Software cannot fix damaged heads, seized motors, failing NAND, or controller faults. Repeated scans may reduce the chance of a clean professional recovery.
